A seasoned technology leader with 25+ years of experience, Dr. Nallapati was responsible for commercialization of technology nodes from 45nm to 3nm and beyond aiding Mobile, Compute, Edge AI and XR products. His current interests include heterogeneous integration to harmonize silicon and packaging technology trends, system technology co-optimization including logic, memory, power distribution elements for future computing needs. Dr. Nallapati holds Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, with 50+ granted patents.
